Terms & Conditions

By using the Angelica Football Club website, booking sessions, holiday camps, football programmes or purchasing merchandise, you agree to the Terms & Conditions below.

1. Our Services

Angelica FC provides:

  • Football coaching for ages U6–U9

  • Weekly group sessions

  • School holiday camps

  • 1–1 coaching

  • Foundation Stage football (separate supervision expectations apply)

  • Merchandise sales

  • Community football events

All activities are delivered by qualified, enhanced DBS-checked staff.
Angelica FC is a sports coaching organisation, not an educational institution or childcare provider.

2. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be completed online through our website.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

  • Parents/guardians must ensure all information submitted is accurate.

  • We do not accept cash payments on the day.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy (separate page).

If Angelica FC cancels a session or camp due to weather, venue issues or staffing shortages:

  • a full refund or

  • a credit for a future session
    will be issued.

4. Behaviour & Conduct

To maintain a safe and positive environment:

Children must:

  • follow coach instructions

  • behave respectfully

  • use equipment safely

Parents/guardians must:

  • support a calm, supportive atmosphere

  • follow coach guidance at drop-off and pick-up

  • collect children promptly at the end of sessions

Serious or repeated unsafe behaviour may result in removal from sessions without refund.

5. Medical, Injuries & Welfare

  • Parents/guardians must disclose all medical or SEND needs during booking.

  • Children must be fit to participate in football activities.

  • Angelica FC accepts no liability for injuries that occur during normal sporting activity unless caused by negligence.

  • Parents remain responsible for their child’s wellbeing outside the session times.

6. In Loco Parentis (Emergency Medical Care)

For all Angelica FC football sessions and holiday camps excluding Foundation Stage football, parents/guardians may choose to grant Angelica FC permission to act in loco parentis ONLY in the event of a serious injury or medical emergency.

Where consent is given:

  • Angelica FC staff may make immediate decisions necessary to safeguard the child

  • This may include:
    • contacting emergency services
    • administering basic first aid
    • authorising emergency medical treatment if parents cannot be reached

  • Staff will always act in the child’s best interests

This permission is optional and collected via the booking form.

If consent is not given:

  • Angelica FC will NOT authorise medical treatment

  • Staff will contact the parent/guardian immediately unless emergency services require immediate action

Foundation Stage Football

For Foundation Stage players, Angelica FC does not act in loco parentis under any circumstances.
All medical decisions remain with the parent/guardian.

Important:
Angelica FC does not act as a teacher, caregiver or legal guardian.
Angelica FC provides sports coaching supervision only, not full educational or pastoral duty of care.

7. Personal Belongings

Angelica FC is not responsible for lost or damaged items, including:

  • boots

  • clothing

  • phones

  • water bottles

  • personal sports equipment

Items are brought at the child’s risk.

8. Photography & Media (Consent Required)

Angelica FC will only take and use photos/videos of children if parents/guardians have given clear consent.

Photos/videos may be used on:

  • our website

  • Instagram

  • promotional or club materials

If consent is not given:

  • your child will never be photographed or filmed

  • coaches will ensure your child is not visible in group shots or background footage

9. Safeguarding

Angelica FC follows strict safeguarding procedures.

All staff are:

  • enhanced DBS-checked

  • trained in child protection

  • required to maintain a safe, inclusive environment

10. Website Use

Users must not:

  • misuse the website

  • attempt to access restricted areas

  • copy or distribute website content without permission

  • upload harmful software or spam

Angelica FC may restrict access for misuse.

11. Liability & Supervision

Angelica FC supervises children only within the context of sports coaching activities.

Angelica FC does not act as:

  • a teacher

  • a childcare provider

  • a legal guardian

Responsibility for children before arrival and after collection remains with the parent/guardian.

Angelica FC is not liable for:

  • injuries from normal football participation

  • loss of personal items

  • behaviour outside sessions

  • misuse of equipment

  • weather or venue-related cancellations

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for negligence or breach of statutory duty.
