This policy covers refunds and cancellations for:

Angelica FC aims to communicate clearly and fairly with all parents and guardians.
1. Holiday Camps
Refunds
To help us manage staffing, ratios, equipment and preparation, our camp refund window is:

Full refund up to 72 hours before the camp date

Within 72 hours: a credit may be transferred to a future Angelica FC camp
-
Within 24 hours: no refund, unless exceptional circumstances (e.g., emergency medical issue)
If Angelica FC Cancels
If the camp is cancelled due to weather, venue closure or staffing issues:
-
A full refund, or
-
A credit for a future camp
will be issued.
2. Weekly Group Sessions
Parent Cancellations
-
Missed sessions by the child are non-refundable
-
Refunds are not provided for illness, lateness, holidays or schedule changes
If Angelica FC Cancels
If a session is cancelled due to weather, venue issues or staffing:
-
A rescheduled session, or
-
A session credit
will be provided.
3. Foundation Stage Football
Due to the age of participants and fixed staffing costs:
Refunds are issued only if:
-
Angelica FC cancels the session
-
A medical issue prevents participation (evidence may be required)
4. 1–1 Coaching
Cancellations
-
48+ hours’ notice → free reschedule
-
Less than 48 hours → session is charged in full
-
No-shows → non-refundable
Coach Cancellations
If the coach cancels, the session will be fully rescheduled.
5. Behaviour & Safety
Angelica FC reserves the right to remove a child from a session or camp for:
-
dangerous behaviour
-
consistent disruption
-
behaviour that places others at risk
If a child is removed for safety reasons, refunds will not be provided.
6. Weather & Pitch Closures
Football sessions take place outdoors. Refunds are not issued for:
-
rain
-
cold weather
-
wind
-
minor surface issues
Refunds or credits apply only when:
-
the venue officially closes the pitch, or
-
conditions are unsafe for children
7. Merchandise (Fulfilled by Printful)
Angelica FC merchandise is produced and shipped by Printful, our print-on-demand fulfilment partner.
All items are made to order.
This affects:

-
replacements
-
packaging (items may arrive separately)
Angelica FC does not dispatch items directly and does not hold stock.
Production & Delivery
Typical Printful timeline:

Production: 3–7 working days
-
Shipping: 3–8 working days
-
Total estimated delivery: 6–15 days
Delays may occur during busy periods (e.g., Christmas).
Orders may arrive in separate packages depending on availability and fulfilment location.
Returns & Refunds for Merchandise
You may return an item within 14 days if:

it is unworn
-
it is in original condition
-
tags are attached
-
packaging is intact
Non-refundable items:

personalised items
-
used/worn clothing
-
items damaged after delivery
-
incorrect size ordered (size charts available at checkout)
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives faulty or wrong:

Angelica FC will liaise with Printful, who may require photo evidence.
Replacements or refunds will be processed according to Printful’s fulfilment policy.
8. Emergency Situations
If a serious medical issue or emergency prevents participation, parents may contact Angelica FC.
